Shreaded Wheat Bites w/ blueberries and strawberries, 3/4C 1% milk

Snack/Lunch:
I was headed up skiing just before lunch so I brought this with me to munch on.

And when I got home I had a serving of wheat thins (16 crackers) and 1/2C salsa

Dinner:
Repeat of last night - 1C spaghetti squash, w/ sauce, 1 piece of whole wheat bread w/ spray butter, 1/4C blueberries.
