Breakfast:
Oatmeal w/ 1/2 banana, blueberries, milk

Lunch:
Was a peanut butter chocolate myoplex protein bar (I was out and about)

Dinner:
My girlfriends were up! -We went to Picazzo's - and all shared two salads (the berrylicious and the southwestern) and two pizzas - the bbq one, and then one w/ a white sauce w/ spinach, tomatoes, feta cheese & italian sausage... no one really liked that one but me. :I

Workout:
Spinning Class

Weights:

Repeat 3 times:
(12) pull ups
(10) dumbbell bicep curls (ea. arm) w/ 20lb. weights
(15) push-ups

2 sets of (25) Incline sit-ups

I just looked at your before and after pics again. Amazing what a few weeks of healthy eating and exercise will do. Not that you needed to change. Please. I'm so impressed with your dedication and determination. I'm still thinking about Picazzo's and how good it was! What a fun and refreshing weekend!!! I feel renewed from all the laughing and inspired by my girls. Really - such amazing girlfriends!! Thanks again, Sara.
