Oatmeal w/ 1/2 banana, raisins and 10 almonds. 1/4C milk. (I always add a dash of sea salt and lots of cinnamon)

Lunch:
Leftovers from lunch w/ the girls: Whole wheat tortilla filled w/ brown rice, spinach, mushrooms, red peppers (delicious). -it will be fun to try to replicate. Side of sugar snap peas, apple.

Dinner:
Brown rice & lentils w/ crockpot black beans, bed of spinach w/ sugar snap peas, carrots, cucumber & baked chicken breast. Berries (I added plain yogurt after the pic)

Workout:
Spinning Class. It was pretty warm in the room today, so I was drenched at the end of class. As much as I love sweating, it was kinda gross. -But a fab-o workout, nonetheless!
