
Lunch:
Sauted onion, mushroom, red & yellow peppers, brown rice & spinach w/ garlic salt and fresh lime in a whole wheat pita. YUMMY.

Dinner:
Jess and I went out to Thai Food w/ his crew and their wives. It was a super fun evening. I ordered the ... (#28) -red curry w/ peanut sauce, chicken, peas, corn, bell peppers, onion.... served w/ brown rice. DELICIOUS...and then I tried everyone else's...the red pineapple curry, yellow curry, green curry, green beans & beef, & orange chicken. Everything was delightful. Afterwards Jess and I walked a block down to a happening eatery for dessert -We heard they had great truffles -so we got some to go and met back up w/ the group at Rondevouz and shared our treats...I had made truffles for the first time about 2 sundays ago...Jess liked mine better! :) And that is what he is requesting for his b-day. (on Monday)
Workout:
20 min. treadmill, "hill setting" level 12, speed 6.2...Ended at speed 7.0 Hills ranged from 3.0 - 9.2.
REPEAT 3 TIMES:
(20) wall balls -w/ 10.8lb ball
(20) jump ups -onto bench 14" H
(15) push ups
(10) pull-ups on 30lb. setting (whoo hoo...when I started these, I was at 50lb!)
(12) dumbbell shoulder flyes w/ 12lbs ea. hand
(20) jumping lunges

You are SO good! I haven't been able to keep up with my blog (the health one). Maybe I'll try again this week. Just too much on my plate! (no pun intended... not on my actual dinner plates, though!)
I'm with you on continuing to do it all after the challenge ends- except that I can't save all my sweets for Sunday because it keeps derailing my progress!! All things in moderation- that's the only thing I'm going to change. But yes- the rest of it, absolutely!
