*VALENTINE'S DAY*
Breakfast:
Whole wheat blueberry pancakes. This wasn't my plate -but I did have 4 of these babies! Plain.

This is a sampling of what I ate throughout the day... I had CANDY... and it really messes w/ your appetite!

Dinner:
I made a big batch of lasagna in the afternoon because we were feeding the missionaries the next night... I just thought it'd be easier to throw it in the oven after church...and it's always better once all the flavors meld anyway...Well then they (the missionaries) call to make sure we're still on for dinner the next night and tell me that they're both lactose intolerant!!!!!! Ha! :) So, no big deal, it was ready so we had it for dinner. The salad is green leaf lettuce, arugula, cucumber, sugar snap peas, carrots, 1/4 avocado, grapefruit slices -and then I put a balsamic vinaigrette on it.

Workout:

20 min. treadmill
25 min. rotating stairs
15 min. elliptical trainer

- 5 sets of 25 sit-ups/crunches
- (3) 1 min. planks
