Oatmeal, 1/2 banana, raisins, 10 almonds, milk

Lunch:
Bed of spinach, sugar snap peas, broccoli, cucumber, chicken salad, carrots, sweet red pepper, crisp bread.

Dinner:
Jess took me out -we celebrated Valentines Day early... We went to the LOVELIEST place -it's right around the corner from our home -in a historical craftsman-style bldg/home. I can't even tell you what I ordered -but it was divine...I almost want to call them and ask what it was! (too fancy for me to remember) :) I knew I should've brought the camera. It was a wonderful culinary experience!
