Breakfast:
10 grain hot cereal, banana, blueberries, strawberries, raw almonds, milk

Lunch:
We made it down to Cottonwood and Marilyn had pizza dough -ready for us to make our pizzas. -Mine had red sauce, spinach, onion, red & green peppers, tomato & ricotta cheese w/ basil. Apple & sugar snap peas.

MORE leftover (the best) w/ blueberries & apple

Workout:

Went to "just weights" in the morning. It's a great class.
