10 grain hot cereal, strawberries, blueberries, 1/2 banana, milk

Lunch:
Tofu veggie stir fry w/ couscous. Berries on heavy whipping creme.

I wasn't feeling very good -allergy stuff and I went to bed at 7! Didn't really feel like dinner -but made myself a little bowl of leftovers.

Workout:
Trying for the life of me to remember what I did - it seems like I just jogged on the treadmill for 30 min. and then did the elliptical trainer for 30. I'll have to remember my day better!
