whole wheat pancakes made w/ splenda (minus the strawberries and cream) -this is an old picture -I ate mine this morning as I was serving them up to the boys.

Lunch:
Cucumber Spinach Tomato Avocado on whole wheat, apple, pistachios

Dinner:
Marinated Black Pepper Tilapia w/ steamed broccoli, cauliflower & carrots. Plain yogurt w/ strawberries.

Workout:
-30 min. on treadmill -hill setting, level 8 (incline 0.0-6.4) speed 6.8. Last 10 min. 7.0 - 9.5.
-30 min. elliptical trainer
