3 egg whites w/ onion, red pepper, yellow squash, mushrooms, spinach. Cantaloupe.

Lunch:
Thai Tofu & Veggies on bed of spinach, brown rice & lentils. Cantaloupe.

Dinner:
Leftovers from lunch, and graham crackers & cup of milk.

-(12) split lifts -15lbs ea hand
-(12) bicep curl 15lb, one arm at a time.
-(15) burpees
3 sets of:
-(24) jumping lunges
-(20) thrusters w/ 15lb bar (I needed a heavier bar)
-(15) burpees
3 sets of:
-(24) step-ups (machine -set on 30lbs) -when step up, raise opposite knee up
-(12) pull-ups -set at 30lbs.
-(15) burpees -(I was d r e a d i n g this last set!)
