Breakfast:
Steel cut oats, banana, dried blueberries, a sprinkle of kashi cereal on top. Soy milk. Yum. These were good.

Lunch:
We came back over to the in-laws in Cottonwood. Marilyn made me a protein shake w/ strawberries & apricots and I munched on some bread.

Dinner:
Grilled chicken leg, brown rice w/ tomato sauce, chilies, onion, steamed carrots, sauted mexican squash, onion, sugar snap peas & tomatoes.

Workout:

I went to Pilates w/ my mom -it was nice!
