Breakfast:
Oatmeal, 1/2 banana, raisins, strawberry, little bit of milk

Lunch:
slim pickins = not very colorful...chicken salad (w/ apple & onion), tomatoes on whole grain w/ grapefruit. I ate it outside on the back deck... GORGEOUS day today...high 60's, maybe low 70's!

Dinner:
Fish tacos. We had some friends over -these are sooooo good. 2 corn tortillas, bed of spinach, croppy (sp?) fish cooked w/ 1/2 jalepeno pepper in some olive oil, red cabbage, avocado, orange, cilantro, fresh lime, and fresh salsa... YUM!

Workout:

Spinning Class

weights: Repeat 3x
-(12) pull-ups (set on 30)
-(12) bicep curls (set on 55)
-(12) dumbbell shoulder presses (17lb. ea hand)
-(12) dumbbell tricep press (17 lb.) -hold one dumbbell overhead in both hands, bend at elbows so weight goes behind head, press back up)
-(20) calf pushes - on a machine. set at 220lb.

stretching & sit-ups/crunches - 4 sets of 25.
