(the usual - it never gets old!)

Lunch:
I was so thankful I had leftovers in the frige, because I didn't have much time to prepare something! -Leftover Tofu stir fry & brown rice.

Dinner:
Basically what I had for lunch, but mixed w/ couscous and in a pita w/ 1/4 avocado. It was great. Plain yogurt w/ strawberries and blueberries.

Snacks: protein shake (just protein & water), honey wheat pretzel braids.(2 servings =20!)
Workout:
I went to "power" yoga -it was an interesting class. Challenging but not. I was expecting it to be more fast pace, but it was a different teacher than I usually go to. Nonetheless my body is looking forward to a rest day tomorrow! Very much so.
