2nd Breakfast/lunch (around 11:00 am) THIS is pretty.
Oatmeal (w/ a dash of salt and plenty of cinnamon) banana, strawberries, blueberries, raw almonds, milk. Very yummy and filling.

I was busy doing TAXES most the day (blah), had 10 honey wheat pretzel braids and lots of water...
Dinner: (5:00pm)
Sooo yummy. -Vegetable Tofu stirfry. - First you marinate your tofu (I used an eq. mixture of yoshida's sauce & thai peanut sauce) then cook it in some olive oil and remove from pan. Then saute your mushrooms, and then add the sweet peppers, celery, sugar snap peas and cook (I added some water to the pan) Add the tofu and any marinade that is left, mix around and then add your heaping handful of spinach. Let it wilt & then plate and devour! Brown rice w/ lentils, an apple.

Then I hurried off to Basement Marketplace where I was selected for a makeover! -I got my hair done, make-up and they styled me in an outfit. There were before and after pictures taken and then people voted (there were three of us) on their favorite look. Winner got to KEEP her outfit. I FLIPPIN won!!! ? I was DY-ING.


top, jeans, shoes, bracelet & bag. woah. I kinda felt guilty as I was walking away in my new duds -like I had just robbed the place. Crazy.

Oh here are the pictures! You look SO good and all the stuff is awesome.
And your food...oh my gosh! I want it all. Do your kids eat most everything you do?
