Breakfast:
1/2 C cottage cheese, 1/2 banana, strawberries, 10 almonds. YUMMY!

Lunch:
Bed of spinach w/ chicken salad, cucumber, carrots, yellow sweet pepper, hard boiled egg, 1/4 avocado. Apple slices

Dinner:
Took the boys to Del Taco. I had 2 chicken tacos on corn tortillas. Didn't realize they came w/ mayo on them?

Spinning Class

weights:

Repeat 3 times:
(12) dumbbell shoulder press -20lbs
(24) alternating dumbbell bicep curls -20 lbs
(12) bent over row, ea arm -20's

Repeat 3 times:
(12) pull-ups
(25) sit up/crunch things on bench
I only made it through this 2x though before I ran out of time....
