Oatmeal w/ cinnamon, salt & almonds... (we were out of fruit!!)

Lunch:
Spinach, cucumber, tomato, lime juice, avocado on whole wheat. Apple, sugar snap peas.

Dinner:
I had a late workout and when I got home my tummy was all in knots - I ended up having a protein shake -w/ banana, strawberries and orange juice concentrate.
Workout:
30 min. on treadmill, hill setting level 12, speed 6.5. -This killed me!!! (?)
Then I did stretching and core on the mat.
