Oatmeal, banana, raisins, milk (cinnamon of course)

Snack: protein shake, some of the boys' popcorn
Lunch:
Baby spinach, cucumber tomato, fresh squeezed lime juice, 1/4 avocado on whole wheat. Apple.

Dinner:
Vegetable Tacos. Corn tortillas, spread 1/4 avocado, handful of spinach, brown rice w/ lentils, kidney beans, green & yellow squash (cooked in olive oil w/ garlic salt and basil) sweet orange pepper. Fresh lime juice. VERY TASTY! Strawberries. (fyi: the boys' ate: corn on the cob, brown rice & lentils, kidney beans & strawberries...usually always some sort of variation to what I have)

Workout:
Spinning Class. I love Fridays.
