Oatmeal w/ strawberries & raisins, milk

Lunch:
Bed of spinach, chicken salad, broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, avocado. 1/2 apple, crisp bread

Snack:
Protein shake
Dinner:
Lucky Charms! -Sooooo bad and looks horrible w/ all my other pics!

Workout:
30 min. treadmill. Hill setting for 16 min., regular for 14 min.
25 min. elliptical trainer
