Steel Cut Oats w/ cinnamon, apple chunks, raisins, milk. Then I finished off the rest of the apple.

Lunch:
Yam & broccoli w/ spray butter, salt & pepper. Cucumber slices drizzled w/ lime juice - SO GOOD! Yams are awesome.

Snack- apple - we were low on food!!!!
Dinner:
Chicken Breast -cooked in olive oil/water -seasoned w/ canadian steak seasoning, basil & garlic (cooked in the olive oil before adding the chkn). Steamed broccoli, 1/3 yam, corn/creamed corn.

Workout:
Spinning Class
20 min. on treadmill. 6.5, 0.o incline.
Last 10 min. raised speed 2.0 every 2 min. Ended at 8.0, then 11.0 for the last 30sec.
