Breakfast:
3 egg whites w/ onion, sweet red pepper, broccoli, zucchini.

Snack- Red grapefruit (ate this like an orange), popcorn

Lunch:
1/2 pb&j (we were at the club and I was MARVIN, so I took some from my kiddo) When we got home I made: Bed of Spinach w/ 1/2 chkn breast (leftover from last night), onion, sweet red pepper, cucumber slices w/ fresh lime. Added a cap-full of vinaigrette. Delightful!

Dinner:
Stirfry -Bed of spinach, 1/2C of brown rice & lentils, 3/4C tofu & veggies (broccoli, zucchini, carrots, red pepper, onion) cooked in yoshida's original sauce w/ water added. Watermellon for dessert!

Workout:
-15 min. Treadmill
Hill setting, level 11 (incline 2.0 -8.?) speed 6.5

It was a good warm-up for
Yoga
