This week I will not be posting (boo hoo)

b u t...

I will probably do a long post of my food and workouts for the week when I get back! (Tuesday the 28th)

Hey! I'm doing the wellness challenge-a friend of Dene'- Some questions: It seems hard to decide what's totally ok and not for the food. Are you just leaving it up to the individual? It seems like I have multiple questions - like for instance, the Post Granola I've eaten for breakfast, it actually has quite a bit of sugar/ fat though initially you'd think granola is fine. And how about air popped popcorn with small amount of butter/ salt as snack? I don't know if it's just me having a hard time deciding what's 'ok' what's not?

Jen - Yes, it is up to the individual. (don't you hate that answer) - I don't think the challenge is about being super strict but mostly to be more aware of your whole being and what you are putting into it. If you don't feel like the granola is as healthy as you'd like it to be, avoid eating it as often (i'm not saying never eat it) The no sweets rule really refers to the things we listed...but YES -a lot of things out there have A TON of sugar -(so personally, I would avoid them.)
Popcorn -yes, I would say that is a 'good' snack...depending on the amount of butter. :)
