So I am going to be taking a break from taking pictures of my food and recording my workouts....
My 12 week challenge is now OVER! Saturday was my last day...It seems like a good place to take a break for a bit...I need to concentrate on other things for a while... More to come on that -I'm gonna work on putting together another, different 'challenge' possibly!
Today though is Monday -so my workout will be spinning and weights! :)

Maybe, maybe NOT.... when you do something for 12 weeks (actually 14) it becomes quite the habit....
I'm sure pictures will return -maybe not of every meal, every day though...
My spinning class was great today. Legs are S O R E....
Weights:
3 sets of:
(24) walking lunges w/ 6kg (13lb) ball -twist torso and ball w/ front leg that is stepping
(20) wall balls w/ 7kg (15lb) ball -I was a little gun shy :) but no mishaps today. The heavier ball really worked my arms!
3 sets of:
(15) push-ups
(24) jumping lunges
(12) pull-ups
(25) reverse sit-ups
(25) crunches
(25) " to the left
(25) " to the right
(25) reverse crunches (lift legs/but off ground)

OK Sara, I need to be challenged again...what is my deal? IF you are making one, I just might be in it. Also I am thinking about doing one here in Rochester.
I also had steel cut oats for the first time this morning and loved it! Where did you find the Shredded Wheat Biscuits???? Are they in normal stores?
