Breakfast:
Oatmeal w/ strawberries & banana, milk....(you know what it looks like) :)
Lunch:
Bed of spinach, sugar snap peas, cucumber, orange pepper, brown rice & lentils, mushrooms, avocado, fresh sqeezed lime. Salt & pepper. Grapefruit, crackers.
Dinner:
Veggie Tacos... 2 corn tortillas, spread plain yogurt on them, add spinach, cooked veggies (zucchini, mushroom, onion, yellow pepper -cooked in olive oil, w/ garlic salt and basil. -Add a touch of water to the pan too) brown rice & lentils, kidney beans.
Workout:
45 min. rotating stairs
3 sets of:
(24) step ups w/ bicep curl. Lift opposite knee when stepping up. Machine set on 30lbs.
(12) pull-ups
