Breakfast:
3 egg whites, onion, mushroom, broccoli, cherry tomatoes. Salsa, whole wheat toast.

Lunch:
Protein Shake -water, protein powder, frozen banana, 1 spoonful of peanut butter, 2 tsp. dark cocoa powder, handful of spinach. mmmmmmmmmmmm
Snacks: 1/3C pistachios, pretzel sticks
Dinner:
Bed of spinach, sugar snap peas, strawberries, blueberries, almonds, sugar free balsamic vinaigrette. I was too lazy to cook up some chicken...

Workout:
I went to a morning spinning class! Love Tracy's classes!
Weights:
(15) push ups
(20) incline dumbbell bicep curls, w/ 17's.
(12) incline dumbbell chest press w/ 17's
(then hunger hit like CRAZY) -so I did 2 more rounds of push ups and 3 or 4 sets of (25) sit-ups/stomach exercises.
