Breakfast:
2 pieces of French Toast & a Protein Shake (fruit & spinach) I haven't made FT in forever -so long so that my kids didn't know what it was when I announced I was making it! Needless to say it was a hit. I just use egg, milk, vanilla & cinnamon for my bread 'dip'. I tried Agave nectar on top. (this is Sunday's breakfast w/ fruit on top - the way I prefer it)

Lunch:
Tofu Tacos:
2 corn tortillas, 1/4 avocado, spinach, tofu, onion & mini sweet peppers (love these things!) cooked in Yoshida's original. Pear.

Dinner:
TWO (only people = huge success) of these babies and a glass of milk. I made cookies for my husband to take on a trip & for my primary class -they were super good last week (big deal!) and I told them I would make them some. So I used my 'sweets' point for the challenge. I DIDN'T regret it. -It was 'one of those days'. I think I would've though if I ate 10 like I usually could!!! And I got away w/ this for dinner b/c lunch was so late (like 3:30pm). And if you're wondering what my kids had for dinner - It was this too! (Is this totally hypocritical of a post a did a few days ago??! Hmmmm.)

Workout:

30 min. treadmill - hill setting level 12 (incline 3.0-9.2), speed 6.5. This killed me. -Wow. Why ? I'm wondering though. I feel like I've 'peaked' performance-wise and am struggling now w/ workouts that once felt sooooo good.

Repeat 3 times:
-(20) Box jumps
-(15) incline sit-ups
-(10) dumbbell bicep curls on incline bench -17 lbs. ea.
go straight into:
-(12) dumbbell bench press, 17lbs.
-(12) regular dumbbell bicep curls -17's

They were! I hadn't had pb cookies in a LOOOOOOOOOOONG time. Didn't disappoint.
