Breakfast:
3 egg whites, onion, mini sweet peppers, broccoli. Watermellon

Lunch:
1/2C cottage cheese, kiwi, banana, frozen blueberries, almonds.

Snack: popcorn, protein powder/water

Dinner:
Bed of spinach, sugar snap peas, mini sweet peppers, broccoli, chicken breast w/ s.f. italian vinaigrette (not my favorite), Cherries.

Workout:
I went running w/ my neighbor -we drove to the top of mars hill and did a 5.5-6 mile run (I was pushing Wyatt in a double stroller) that was 'uphill both ways'. NOT kidding. :) It was great -but some parts were really rough and rocky -thank goodness Wyatt was belted in!
