2 Shreaded Wheat biscuits, 1/2 banana, 3 strawberries, milk

snack: protein/water, other 1/2 banana, 10 pretzel braids
Lunch:
(too) green salad -bed of spinach, broccoli, cucumber, 1/4 avocado, mushrooms, chicken, lime juice, red wine vinaigrette. Mango....so yummy. I finished the rest of it off later.

Snack: 1/4C raw almonds
Dinner:
Cooked chicken tenders (like I did last night) -After they were done, I sauteed mushrooms & onions and then added about 2C of spinach until it wilted -Sliced a chicken tender & piled it all in-between two pieces of whole wheat toast. Served w/ 1/2C plain yogurt, strawberries & frozen blueberries.

Workout:
Bike ride while Brock was at school (Bodie and Wyatt were in the bike trailer) -it was a good workout and an absolutely gorgeous day.
When I got home I did:
(20) squats
(25) lateral push-ups
(20) dead lifts (no weight! ha! just the motion...)
1 min. jogging in place
(12) each side -warrior 1 'a' -start standing, reach arms over-head and then reach forward as you lift one leg off the ground and make your body, arms & raised leg parallel to the floor. Hold 3 sec, come back to standing. (one)
(25) crunches
(20) jump squats
