Breakfast:
Steel-Cut Oats, 1/2 banana, 3 strawberries, 10 almonds, milk.

Lunch:
Bed of spinach, broccoli, carrots, cucumber, 1/4 avocado, chicken salad (I tried it w/ plain yogurt instead of mayo! Not bad! -canned chkn, 1/4 onion, 1/2 apple, enough yogurt just to barely coat everything (1 TBSP ?) and some lime juice) I also squeezed lime juice on my salad and over my apples - love it.

Snack:
10 honey whole wheat pretzel braids

Dinner:
1/2 baked yam, steamed veggies -broccoli, yellow squash, carrots, mushroom - (I did it on the stovetop and just added maybe 1/4 C water to my pan, added my veggies and topped w/ basil, canadian steak seasoning and basil) Cottage cheese & frozen blueberries (yummy!)

Workout:
YAY FOR JESS BEING HOME! :) I went on a 4.5-5mi. jog early this evening - what a lovely time to be outside here!
