Breakfast:
2 Shreaded Wheat Biscuits, banana, milk

Snack: Mango, pretzel rods from Trader Joe's

Lunch:
Bed of Spinach, 1/2 grilled chicken breast, cucumber, broccoli, 1/2 tomato, 1/4 avocado, leftover quinoa, lime juice, salt & pepper, red wine vinaigrette. Watermelon.

Dinner:
Finished the rest of lunch (I ate 1/2) and made sweet potato (yam) fries. - stuck the yam slices in a gallon bag, poured in 1/2 TBSP of olive oil and shook it all around. Then I poured the slices onto a pan and sprinkled w/ Tony Chacheres Creole Seasoning and baked for 45 min. at 400. (The boys had these too w/ grilled chicken and watermelon.)

Workout:

-15 min. rowing machine - I haven't done this for y e a r s. I loved the workout it gave my arms.
-25 min. treadmill. hill setting level 8, 6.5 speed (raise speed last few min. -7.0, 8.0)
-20 min. arc trainer
