Steel Cut Oats, 1/2 banana, raisins, almonds, milk

Snack: Protein shake w/ spinach, strawberries, banana, oj concentrate, water.
Lunch:
Chicken breast, tomato, avocado.

Dinner:
Some glitch happened w/ my camera, so I lost my photo of this. :(
I made tacos - Start w/ 2 corn tortillas, I added some cheese, then diced grilled chicken, tomatoes, onion, avocado and a dollop of plain yogurt.
Workout:
Yoga
ohhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
I really needed it.
