3 egg whites w/ yellow pepper & broccoli, side of salsa, strawberries & blueberries

Then I proceeded to eat salsa out of the container -by the spoonfuls -not kidding....
Lunch:
Protein/Water
Snacks throughout the day: +/-10 pretzel sticks from Trader Joes, 1/3C pistachios, pear
Dinner:
Tomato, cucumber slices (covered w/ lime juice), cottage cheese, blueberries & almonds, 1/4 avocado (that was bad-so didn't eat it...)

Workout:
-30 min. treadmill -hill setting 8, speed:6.5
Repeat 3x:
-(20) Roman Deadlift w/ 45lb. bar
-(12) dumbbell shoulder press -17lbs ea.
-(12) dumbbell bicep curls -17lb. ea.
-(12) Seated Cable Rows -60lbs.
-(20) knees to elbows (on dip stand)
