Bed of spinach, cucumber, broccoli, carrots, grilled chicken w/ sugar free balsamic vinaigrette. Cottage cheese, blackberries, almonds, apple chunks.

Dinner:
Grilled chicken w/ homemade salsa on top (tomatoes,cilantro, green onion, jalapeno, garlic, black beans, corn, crushed pineapple, mango chunks, avocado, lime = YUM) tortilla strips.
