Breakfast:
Oatmeal, cinnamon, banana, strawberries, almonds, milk

Lunch:
Bed of spinach, sugar snap peas, yellow and orange mini peppers, cucumber, grape tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette, char-broiled chicken fresh off the bbq, apples. I LOVE this salad!

Jess and I started a fast today, so no dinner - It was a lot of fun fitting in my water for the day in 1/2 a day !! :)

Workout:
30 min. rotating stairs, level 12
20 min. rowing machine. That's a good workout! I kept it at about 36 rpm, but got it up to 45 rpm the last min.
