Steel Cut Oats. banana, blackberries, crushed almonds, milk.

I went down to Mesa w/ my mother-in-law to visit my grandfather (who is 95!) and my great aunt on Jess' side...
Snacks: back of sugar snap peas, pear
Lunch: We got Cafe Rio salads and stopped by my sister Kim's work to eat and chat. I got the fire grilled chicken breast salad w/ black beans, guac, & salsa fresca. I just squeezed lime over it for the dressing.
Dinner: I was still on the road (didn't get home till 10pm) and since lunch was kinda late(r) I ended up having some rice crackers (oriental mix) from trader joes and some sugar free choc. covered almonds on the way back up. -Nothing exciting or pretty! :) But for some reason today, I was just burning through my food - I was hungry all day!
Workout:
I woke up early and went on a 4 mile run up Mars hill. It was good/hard...
