Breakfast:
3/4C I forget what this cereal is called...Kashi? w/ 1/4C cherrios, banana, blueberries, milk

Snack: Protein shake

Lunch:
Avocado, spinach, chicken breast, tomato on .....(my mom's bread...I think she gets some type of orowheat) Peach slices, watermellon & cherries

Dinner:
Spinach & romaine lettuce, zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, apple, avocado, hard boiled egg, corn & a vinaigrette dressing.

Workout:

-30 min. on treadmill @6.5
-20 min. on elliptical trainer

REPEAT 3X:
-(12) dumbbell shoulder press w/ 15lbs.
-(12) ea. arm dumbbell bicep curls w/ 15lbs.
-(12) front arm dumbbell raises w/ 7.5lbs.
-(12) dumbbell shoulder flies w/ 7.5lbs

-(20) squats w/ alt. side leg lift
