Steel Cut Oats (Coaches Oats from Costco), cinnamon, banana, blueberries, almonds, milk

Lunch:
Romaine lettuce, spinach, sugar snap peas, cucumber, zucchini, carrots, shreaded cheese, apple, watermellon

Snack: Protein Shake (the 'regular')
Dinner:
Stir fry veggies (zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, bell pepper, sugar snap peas) 1/4C brown rice, round steak (not sure... I'll have to ask my mom)

Workout: 45 min. trail/street run. Hills, hills, hills!
