Cottage cheese, banana, apple
We got home from camping in the early afternoon - no lunch just snacking all day on:
-almonds, peanuts, watermellon, graham crackers.
Dinner:
Tilapia fillet, cooked veggies - mini sweet peppers, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, mushrooms on a bed of fresh spinach. Blackberries

Workout:
Gentle Flow Yoga - FINALLY!!!
It's been to long since I've made it to a class!
