Steel-Cut Oats, 1/2 banana, 2 strawberries, 10 almonds, 1/4C milk

Lunch:
1/2C cottage cheese, apple, sugar snap peas

Snack:
Protein shake: 1C water, 1 C spinach, 3/4C frozen blueberries, 1 scoop whey protein powder
Dinner:
We went camping for the night! Roasted Brats on the campfire & had chips.
Workout:
Spinning Class!
