Breakfast:
Whole Wheat Blueberry pancakes w/ light whipped creme, blueberries & strawberries.

I snacked on 2 more later in the day, had an apple & ate a baggie full of carrots, broccoli & cauliflower for lunch in the car (had a ton of errands to run)

Dinner: (early)
We went to a BBQ - I had a hamburger, w/ some beans, fruit salad (cantaloupe, blueberries, strawberries), sugar snap peas, carrots & broccoli & some pasta salad (penne pasta, avocado, corn & tomatoes w/ olive oil & garlic salt) Stayed clear of the dessert table! Oh boy.

When we got home I made a protein shake -the usual. :) -I needed more protein.

Workout:
48 min. run.... no music. (missing my ipod ?) It was kinda nice though

LOVED the pancakes! Just topped with more berries andwas in heaven. It was hard to just eat two, but I swear reading your posts has totally motivated me. I've followed all the rules for the past two weeks and feel awesome! Not just physically, but mentally and spiritually too.
