Breakfast:
Steel-Cut Oats, 3 strawberries, 1/4C blueberries, 10 almonds, 1/4C milk

Snack: Apple, protein powder & water

Lunch:
Greens w/ onion, tomato, red pepper, cucumber, sugar snap peas, grilled chicken breast, homemade sugar-free dressing, pizza fresh off the grill.

Dinner:
Bed of Spinach w/ cooked veggies (cabbage, onion, peppers, celery...) w/ grilled chicken chicken breast, topped w/ yellow curry - It was SPICY but good! :)

Workout:
4.5-5mi. run.
