Blueberry Pancakes
Lunch:
Turkey Kielbasa w/ zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli, onion, carrots, red pepper cooked in teriyaki sauce w/ fresh minced garlic tossed in just before serving.

Dinner:
BBQ at my sister's house: I had a cheeseburger w/ a side salad. Brownie & ice cream for dessert. (the thought of taking a picture of my food did not even enter my mind...a first)
Workout:
Spinning - oh it had been forever! Felt good.
