Whole wheat banana muffin w/ blueberries

Lunch:
Took this to the pool for the boys and I to snack on. YUMMY.

snack: like 5 mini muffins! grrr. they are too easy to 'pop' into your mouth.
Dinner:
Tostada w/ cheese & pico (black beans, onion, tomato, corn, lime juice, cilantro)

Workout:
3 rounds of:
-(15) front squats, 45lb bar
-(15) walking push-ups
-(20) hamstring curls w/ exercise ball
-(12) pull-ups
-(12) dumbbell shoulder press (15's)
-(20) roman deadlift w/ 20lb. dumbbells
