Breakfast:
Steel-cut oats, 1/2 banana, strawberries, blueberries, almonds, milk
Lunch:
gross waxy cookies.
Snack:
sugar snap peas, almonds
Dinner:
Finished up the pinto beans & pulled pork - added fresh cilantro, onion & tomatoes.
Workout.
n o n e....The day got away from me and I was plum tired at the end of it.... At least it was an 'active' day!
