A bite of my kids cereal and later a bite of vanilla yogurt. I wasn't hungry -I had like 6 homemade dinner rolls (my m-i-l's) yesterday and they just stuck with me! :/
Lunch:
Shared a Pablo Picasso Salad at Oreganos. MMMMMMMM
Snack:
cherries, raw almonds
Dinner:
Penne Pasta (Barilla PLUS) w/ homemade Pesto w/ cherry tomatoes, sugar snap peas & blueberries. Pesto: 1 C basil leaves, 2 cloves garlic, 1/3C olive oil, 1/4C parmesan cheese.

Workout: (at home, watching tv tonight)
3 sets of:
-(15) dips (using my coffee table)
-(15) push-ups
-(20) squats
-(15) standing dumbbell shoulder press w/ 15's #
-(24) bicep curls (12 ea. arm) w/ 15's#
-(15) over head tricep pushes (?)
then I got into a plank position, holding a 15# dumbbell in ea. hand, and alternated lifting each arm up (bending at the elbow) I did 10 ea. arm. -great for the abs!
(25) reversed crunches

The colors in this shot are fantastic! Looks so yummy. I'm gearing up for the next challenge- please tell me it's going to happen!! I need it like you can't believe.
