Steel-Cut Oats, cinnamon, 3 berry blend, 1/2 banana, almonds, milk

Lunch:
Protein shake: water, handful (large) of spinach, 3/4C 3-berry blend, 1/4C strawberries, 1/2 banana, protein powder

Snacks: pistachios, apple slices
Dinner:
Grilled Chicken Breast, Veggies (leftovers), Pasta salad -penne pasta w/ tomatoes, olives, avocado & corn. Drizzle olive oil and garlic salt w/ basil and toss. MMMMM.

Workout:
-5 mile run
