Breakfast:
Steal-Cut Oats w/ cinnamon, 1/2 banana, strawberries, almonds, milk

Snack: Protein shake: water, spinach, 3 berry blend, banana, strawberries, blueberries, protein powder.

Lunch: 1/4 turkey, ham, avocado & cheese sandwich, grapes, honey whole wheat pretzels, cottage cheese, sugar snap peas, almonds (prob. in a 2-hr period)

Dinner:
Homemade whole wheat veggie pizza (marinara sauce, spinach, tomato slices, red pepper, black olives, avocado, mozzarella. Side of spinach, cucumber, tomato, sugar snap peas. Cherries

Workout:
(my sister and I turned up the stereo and did this in the backyard! yeeehaw!) :) Great workouts CAN be done at HOME!

3 rounds of:
-(12) pull-ups
-(12) standing dumbbell shoulder presses w/ 15's
-(15) push-ups

(20) squats
(24) walking lunges
(20) jumping lunges
(24) walking lunges (legs to an angle)
(20) pop squats
(24) walking lunges, lift back leg up
(20) jump squats
(24) walking lunges

Two rounds of:
(20) fire-hydrants, each leg (on all fours, lift leg to the side, bent at knee)
(20) Roman deadlift w/ 15's
