Breakfast:
Whole Wheat Zucchini Pancakes. We harvested the first fruits of our labors... and plucked a zucchini from the garden. I shredded 1/2 of it and put it in the pancake batter. YUMMY.
Lunch:
Protein Shake. -(Anissa- I use 1-1.5C of water -just depends. If it's too thick, I add more)
Dinner:
Whole Wheat Pesto Pizza w/ Veggie Works! Pesto, spinach, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, avocado, pear & mozzarella. I also made another pizza w/ marinara sauce, mozzarella & pepperoni's. Marinara sauce: 1 small can of tomato sauce, 1 small can of paste, garlic salt & fresh basil & parsley from the garden (so delicious)
Workout:
45 min. on rotating stairs, fat burn setting, level 12.
