Leftover pizza, sugar snap peas, blueberries
Dinner:
One of our tenants brought us sugar cookies w/ rent. I think that's the second time this week cookies replaced a meal. :I Good thing a new challenge is coming up!
Workout:
4 Rounds of:
-(20) kettlebell swings w/ 20 # dumbbell
-(12) supine pull ups
-(15) walking push-ups
-(20) step-ups @30#'s
-(12) ea. leg, one leg deadlift (or here) w/ 12# dumbbells.
-(12) dumbbell shoulder flys w/ 12#
-(15) standing calf raises @ 80#
-(12) (ea. arm) dumbbell bicep curls w/ 15#

I love reading your blog. You are inspiring me to eat healthier. Would you post details on the next challenge if it is open to anyone? I would love to join one of those. I almost joined the last one but didn't at the last minute. I just moved from Rochester, MN and read about the last challenge from an email from someone who lived there. Anyway, would love details on how and when to join.
