Breakfast:
Whole Wheat ZUCCHINI Waffle. If you have zucchini's coming out your ears -add them to your pancake/waffle mix!! You won't be sorry! :) (I shred 1 med. zucchini) Pretty much the same recipe as my pancake mix - but I like to add a cap-full of olive oil. 1/3C cottage cheese, 1/2 apple, raw almonds.

Lunch: (snacking - it was a BIG breakfast)
almonds, blue-bunny no sugar added fudge bar (mmm), and rainier cherries. (We stopped by the firestation and Jess had bought some rainier cherries for me -he knows they are my favorite.)

Dinner:
Tofu tacos: 2 corn tortillas, sour cream, spinach (from the garden!), tofu, zucchini, yellow squash, red onion cooked in Yoshida's, cherry tomatoes, cilantro (from the garden!) Mango -yummy.

Workout:

-Took the boys swimming for most the morning then went back to the club later in the afternoon for YOGA. (Never going twice in one day again! blah!)
