Em- thanks for the recipe!

Steel-Cut Oatmeal.

I think THESE are soooooooo good. (technically not steel-cut, but very similar) -you can get them at Costco.

or, I get THESE from my local Bashas', or get them from the bulk bins at my health food store.

To cook, I bring 1C of water & some salt to a boil and add 1/3C of oats, stir and bring the temp down to med-low, stirring occasionally for about 5 min. Then I'll turn the heat off, cover and let them sit for a few minutes. I'll stir in a few shakes of cinnamon and then pour into my bowl. Top w/ fresh or frozen fruit. Y U M M Y!
